These Terms of Service govern your use of Go N Scale It services and our website. By engaging us, paying an invoice, or using our website, you agree to these terms. We've written this in plain English so you actually know what you're agreeing to.
Agreement and acceptance
This agreement is between you ("Client") and Go N Scale It ("we," "us," "our"), a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (Registration Number: 9072171), operated by Boluwatife Bamidele as the founder and principal.
You accept these Terms in any of the following ways:
- Booking a demo call through our website
- Signing a project agreement or proposal
- Paying an invoice for our services
- Continuing to use our website after these Terms have been published
If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our services.
Who can use our services
Our services are intended for business owners, coaches, consultants, and professionals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
By engaging us, you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
- The information you provide us is accurate and truthful
- Your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your country
Services we provide
Go N Scale It builds complete coaching business systems on a done-for-you basis. The core services included in a standard project are:
- Sales funnel design, copywriting, and build
- Email automation sequences (7 to 14 emails)
- Course or community platform setup
- Checkout and onboarding automation
- Calendar and video conferencing integration
- Initial Meta ads campaign setup
- Project handover and walkthrough
Specific deliverables for your project will be defined in your individual project agreement, kickoff call, or written proposal. The written project agreement takes precedence over any general descriptions on our website.
Optional ongoing services
After your initial build is complete, you may engage us for monthly retainer services that include ad management, system optimization, and technical support. Retainer terms are agreed separately.
Project scope and timeline
Our standard build timeline is approximately four weeks from kickoff to launch. The phases are:
- Week 1: Strategy, copywriting, and foundation setup
- Week 2: Funnel build, email sequence, and platform setup
- Week 3: Ad setup, video editing, and refinements
- Week 4: Final QA, launch, and handover
The timeline depends on your timely delivery of required content, feedback, and approvals. Delays from the Client side will extend the timeline accordingly.
Your responsibilities
To deliver successfully, we need your active participation. As our Client, you agree to:
- Complete the onboarding form within five business days of kickoff
- Provide brand assets, login credentials, and content as requested
- Respond to feedback requests within the deadlines specified during the build
- Attend scheduled calls (kickoff, midpoint review, and launch)
- Fund any third-party services in your name (such as ad spend, platform subscriptions, payment processor fees)
- Notify us promptly if any information you've provided changes
- Treat our team members with respect throughout the engagement
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay your project or, in serious cases, lead to project cancellation as outlined in Section 11.
Payment and pricing
Fees
Our standard one-time setup fee starts at $2,500 USD and is detailed in your project agreement. Optional monthly retainer fees are agreed separately.
Payment terms
- Setup fee: paid in full before project kickoff, or as agreed in your project agreement (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% at midpoint)
- Retainer fees: billed monthly in advance, on the same date each month
- Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer as offered at the time of invoicing
- Currency: invoiced in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments
If a payment is overdue by more than seven days, we may pause work on your project until payment is received. Repeated late payments may result in termination of our agreement.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government fees that apply to your purchase under your local laws. Our fees do not include such charges unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Revisions and changes
We include reasonable revisions within the scope of your project agreement. "Reasonable" means changes that adjust or refine work already delivered, without expanding scope.
Out-of-scope changes
If you request changes that go beyond the agreed project scope (additional pages, new automation flows, extra integrations, complete rebuilds, etc.), these will be quoted separately and require your written approval before we begin.
Mid-project pivots
If you fundamentally change your business model, target audience, or core offer mid-project, we reserve the right to renegotiate timeline and fees.

Showcase rights
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display screenshots, descriptions, and outcomes of your project in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials. We will not share confidential information.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information includes business strategies, financial details, customer lists, login credentials, unreleased products, and anything reasonably understood as private.
This obligation continues even after our working relationship ends. We will protect your information using the same level of care we use to protect our own confidential information.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, was already known to the receiving party, or is required to be disclosed by law.
Third-party services
Your coaching system will use third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Meta, Google, and others. By engaging us, you understand that:
- You are responsible for accepting and complying with each platform's individual terms of service
- You will fund all third-party subscriptions, ad spend, and platform fees directly
- We are not liable for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or any actions taken by these third parties
- If a platform changes its features or pricing, we will work with you to adapt your system, but we cannot guarantee specific functionality remains available
Project delays and cancellation
Delays caused by Client
If you fail to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals within agreed timelines, your project will be paused. After 30 days of inactivity from your side, we may consider the project abandoned.
Project abandonment
If a project is abandoned for more than 60 days due to Client inactivity, we reserve the right to close the project. Fees already paid are non-refundable for abandonment cases. Resuming work may require renegotiation of timeline and additional fees.
Termination by Client
You may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if:
- You breach these Terms or your project agreement
- You fail to pay an invoice after written notice
