I started this because I kept seeing the same story, talented coaches losing leads and leaving money on the table simply because the tech side of their business was broken or nonexistent.

What exactly is included in the setup?+
Everything. Sales funnel and landing page, email automation sequence, course or community platform, checkout and automated onboarding, ad setup, and your calendar and Zoom connected. You provide the content, we build and configure everything else.
Who funds the ads?+
You fund your own ad spend directly to Meta or Google from your account. We build the strategy, set everything up, and manage it for results. Most coaches start with $300–$500/month in ad budget. We'll advise you on the right amount for your goals.
What platform will my system be built on?+
We primarily build on GoHighLevel, an all-in-one platform for funnels, email, CRM, and course delivery. For some coaches we use Kajabi depending on your needs. We'll recommend the best fit for you on the demo call.
How long does it take to build everything?+
The full setup takes 4 weeks from kickoff. Week 1 is strategy and copy. Week 2 is the build. Week 3 is ads, video editing and refinement. Week 4 is launch and handover. You'll receive weekly updates throughout.
What if I want ongoing support after the build?+
That's our monthly management retainer. We stay on as your technical team, monitoring ads, optimizing what's working, fixing anything that comes up, and keeping your system scaling. Pricing starts at $500/month.
